Throughout history many nations have suffered a physical defeat, but that has never marked the end of a nation. But when a nation has become the victim of a psychological defeat, then that marks the end of a nation
Mental slavery is a state of mind where discerning between liberation and enslavement is twisted. Where one becomes trapped by misinformation about self and the world. So someone can claim to be conscious,
Kiango Cha Mkono aka Shackle Hands, was created by Mfundishi Nganaga Tolo Naa in the early 1970's. The concept is based on "harmonious energetics", where the hands are linked at the wrists, and both move together as one unit. The movements are swift, and are both defensive and offensive simultaneously. It is a very versatile art.

Reason: Correct word in title
How wide spread is this fight science being taught?
It's not very broad, but it is known in martial circles especially amongst African-Diasporan martial artists. Check out Master Bakari on Youtube. He was a student of Nganga Tolo Naa.
Thanks @Michael

You're welcome. We appreciate it. This is a very good thread on Afrikan fighting arts. Good to see our sister site is going strong. Although I'm not around as much as I would like, I'll try to peek in from time to time.
