  • Afrcan Based Martial Arts

Kiango Cha Mkono aka Shackle Hands, was created by Mfundishi Nganaga Tolo Naa in the early 1970's. The concept is based on "harmonious energetics", where the hands are linked at the wrists, and both move together as one unit. The movements are swift, and are both defensive and offensive simultaneously. It is a very versatile art.

You're welcome. We appreciate it. This is a very good thread on Afrikan fighting arts. Good to see our sister site is going strong. Although I'm not around as much as I would like, I'll try to peek in from time to time.
